We are upfront about what we do and what we refuse to do. Clear boundaries prevent project failures, regulatory issues, and unexpected client bills.
What we refuse to take on: We do not perform service entrance electrical replacements (panel swaps, 200-amp underground feed tie-ins), whole-home structural foundation underpinning, commercial gas line fabrication, or total roof tear-offs. When a repair requires municipal licensed master plumbers or electricians under Marion County or city code, we tell you immediately and direct you to certified specialists.
Who this service is not for: We are not the right fit for clients seeking unpermitted structural demolitions, landlords wanting fast cosmetic paint sprayed over live black mold, or property flippers requesting verbal handshake work without written contracts.
Payment and change orders: Small maintenance and drywall tasks under $300 are invoiced upon completion after client inspection. Jobs requiring dedicated lumber, fan fixtures, or specialty coatings over $500 require a 30% material deposit. If hidden damage is uncovered inside a wall cavity (such as termite damage or leaking pipes), work pauses until an itemized change order is signed.
